Bloodborne Boss Concept: Brothers

Share

A concept for a Bloodborne boss. Big game hunter brothers that collect pelts and skulls during the hunt. The older gave in to the scourge but stays relatively manageable while wearing his old cracked glasses (they remind him of his humanity as long as hes looking through them, like Father Gascoigne's music box). The younger has an ivory threaded cane and an elephant gun sidearm (big damage with long range but fairly slow). When I do character design exercises like this i try to keep in mind how it could be implemented into the game, and in this case the older brother could just be a slightly sized up werewolf enemy with a model swap (namely the bulkier head shape with the reseeding hairline and glasses) and some added animations for a unique attack or two. The younger brother could act as a normal hunter in every way aside from maybe tending to want to fire at the player from a distance and avoid approaching too much, and then having a unique armor set (resembling a big game/safari hunter) and sidearm. His can could possibly have a unique name and description (it being ivory) once collected or bought by the player, but be stat and gameplay wise be identical to a regular threaded cane. I did this a bit ago now but I still like the concept alot.
