The second of the freaky/creepy rubberhose cartoon characters I made. This is No-Face, Eyestalk's "brother," in a sense. Unlike Eyestalk however, No-Face is more violent and direct, seeking what he calls vengeance for being unfinished and left to rot. In particular, he seeks out new body parts to make himself more complete. (also, kind of late/last second Robot Day submission)
