Holy shit, ok, imma be upfront because mamma mia

The unbalance of detail in this piece is all over the place, the rendering on the clothes is fine and the faces are fine, but the hair is just over-rendered while the eyes dont have any shading at all, hair can be shiny but not this much on a neutral environment, it looks greasy if anything else, those necks and that hand are the most distracting parts, because details like those are usually meant for buffier and/or older characters, also square hands are usually meant for men while female hands are more "angular" more like an upside down triangle,
