Aunque parezcan brutos, los Sesmicross suelen ser muy amigables con los humanos y otros pokémon, su piel es tan resistente que puede soportar quemaduras de tercer grado, posee una melena de plasma que le permite convertir el oxígeno en sus nutrientes especiales, los cuales usa para fortalecerse. Es imparable y puede trepar cualquier superficie, de hecho puede estar más de 2 meses haciendo flexiones sin parar, cuando se descubrió por primera vez la gente pensaba que fue un robot o un arma biológica, pero su aspecto es tan solo el esfuerzo y dedicación de los Flufnets macho por sobrevivir.
