Under The Surface

This is my first time I submit my work to the challenge of the month, and it was quite fun to do.
The concept is more or less understandable, "under the surface" might be a total storm and chaos of feelings when we keep a pleasant but fake smile to the world.
Pretty obviously this is a digital painting :)
Done in photoshop with Wacom Intuos tablet.
As the challenge has ended the WIP was removed, the finished work still available for anyone interested :)
