Fizz is a wizard with massively unstable powers. He can barely manage to levitate small objects, but one sneeze and he's somehow burned the house down. Still, he's found a best friend in Freaky, a Frankenstein girl who's immune to the electricity that shoots out of his hands at random intervals.

Just a quick one to play with Fizz's design. He's one of the oldest characters I still use (I created him way back in the ancient year of 2017), but settling on one design has been difficult.
