if you know many tips and tricks about mspaint and stuff like that,
you can get pretty creative with it and possibly make pretty wonderful mspaintings! :>
i even seen some people animate using mspaint as in drawing frame by frame, which is pretty insane and amazing :o
after all, just because it's limited doesn't mean it's bad art program, if it works for you, then it's good art program afterall :v
