These are bosses of the new Touhou 17 demo that was released yesterday. The only way to play it is by finding some links online. But i'm pretty sure it will be on Steam when it gets realeased like Touhou 16 is.
If you like shumps or bullet hell games, i'm pretty sure you might like it.
