Kascela, also known as "the city of art" sits just to the northeast of Lorlyn. These people are proud of their booming music industry with the band "Axis Afterglow" taking the top spot on the charts week after week. they also have the top creative arts school in all of Arbor, teaching many students which then went on to become the leaders in their respective fields including the entirety of "Axis Afterglow's members.". yet everything was not always this great for the city of songs...

around 10 years ago, the "Hesperus" virus swept through Kascela from the neighbouring nation of Lorlyn, killing many people. The Kleopa medical company, however managed to make a cure that was to be given to the people, only for the doctors to end up contracting the virus that they sought out to destroy. along with this, Mirae Kleopa, one of the most promising creatives of that generation died alongside their parents, who ran the aforementioned medical giant. Mirae's artworks have become apart of the city's streets, littering the school that they went to along with the streets nearby.

Due to an attack that happened a year ago at 'Novai school of art' involving a super-charged strain of Hesperus, Kascela has not been able to forget the affects of the virus that plagued them all those years ago, and they most likely will never be able to.

Every year, a memorial is held outside of Novai school of art to commemorate the deaths of all those that fell during both the original pandemic, and the attack on the school, with Mirae's picture remaining all throughout the year as a reminder to all the students of what they should strive towards.
