Made this for an upcoming thing for a homebrew campaign. Most of my reptilian races come from a demi plane where a bunch of cursed dragons were sent to. The banished dragons were cursed into taking humanoid forms. The original dragons sent here looked like large winged Dragonborn, and later generations actually turn into more watered down versions. These would be Dragonborn, Kobolds, Tortles from dragons turtles, etc. A group of the dragonborn in their hopelessness of being cursed into lower forms have reached out to Yuan-Ti gods in an attempt to gain greater power.
