Based on what I've seen of her, why do I get vibes that I should not trust her? 🤔
Also, (I like her, it's a nice design. I wish I could see her more. Please don't take this as a criticism!) what is going on with her belly button?

You mean the markings? That's just some cool body paint of sorts (like the one on her face).
