Weird Al is also drawn to scale. He's not tiny - there's just a lot of taller Pokémon or short Pokémon standing on top of bigger Pokémon.
Yes, Mr. Mime is playing an accordion. I think he's my favourite thing about this entire piece.
There is a "27" reference in this piece. Weird Al fans will get it. :)
The Pidgey is shiny because I wanted a shiny Pokémon in this piece. My first shiny (after Red Gyarados) was a Pidgey on Route 1 in my Japanese copy of Pokémon Gold.
I used Adobe Sketch on my iPad to work on this piece from start to finish. I'm kind of in love with the watercolour brush and how blendy it is!
