My name is Malhar. I'm 14 from Banglore, India.
This is my entry for the April 2017 Challenge Of The Month.
I have depicted my avatar running across the canvas and breaking a barrier which separates a sketchbook and a Wacom Tablet.
So to make this piece I started off by sketching the construction of my avatar on paper. I then scanned it into my computer and added linework to the digital part using a mouse. The program I used for both the linework and the colouring was Paint Tool Sai. I then inked and coloured the traditional part of the piece using a Fineliner and some colour pencils. Finally, I scanned it combined it with the digital part and added some effects using GIMP.

All in all, I had a lot of fun doing this piece.
