He wanted to see a scenario where the original Hello Nurse is looking at the Russian bootleg version of Hello Nurse; she crosses her arms and she asked, "Who are you supposed to be? My replacement?" Russian Hello Nurse is wearing a skimpy slingshot nurse outfit and suggestively licking her sapphire lollipop; she replies, "I am your... how you say... SUPERIOR."
The Russian nurse was obscurely seen for over 20 seconds from an episode, "Anima-nyet" in Hulu's series of Animaniacs.
