Here is my rendition of Shard. As one of Daira's royal guards on Planet Infernac, Shard helped enforce such despot's regime. When Infernac fell, Shard had such a change of heart that he abandoned Daira to whatever fate awaited him. Going into a self-imposed exile on Earth, Shard went through an incomplete Beast Upgrade that reformatted him into a Dinobot Triple Changer. In his case, his two alt-modes are a Stegosaurus and a helicopter. Having heard that Daira was still alive, and having jointed the Decepticons, Shard now seeks to oppose the very tyrant he once served.
