Rain, the purple ninja, prince of Edenia, is probably the most underrated ninja of the series. Debuting from UMK3, I never really found Rain interesting from a gameplay standpoint. Sure, he has lightning and water but he just never clicked with me. MK9 was the closest I could get to having fun with him but Rain’s Armageddon outfit is probably my most favorite design he’s ever gotten. It’s both Ninja like but has a royal vibe to it kinda like Kitana in MKX but Rain did it first.
