Pretty well made and well polished, good work on the details and I like your choice of colors in purple and blue, specially in contrast with the fur's white. Lion's expression, glistening eyes and the blinking eye of his crown really hypnotises like a cult leader. I would prefer a more imposing species/shape instead of the cat one, that I assume was chosen for a beguiling/tricking essence to be given for the character, but I also understand and respect your idea. Pretty solid art overall.

A strange roar is heard far overhead. Paper rains down upon the village.
An invitation. To a shining city far in the north. A paradise of steel, full of fantastical conveniences.
This city is headed by a great leader named Lion. All he asks in return for your citizenship is that you follow the 9 Tenets of Industry.
To those inquisitive about how this miraculous city came to be, and where this strange technology comes from, Lion sometimes offers a private tour of his elaborate palace.
'Look here.' He says with a grin, motioning to a large hole in the wall. 'We derive all of our wonders from this secret place.' You poke your head in, squinting, but can see only darkness. 'Uh, look a little closer.' He says, his smile growing wider. You step on your tippy toes, leaning deeper inside.
Suddenly, something pushes you off balance, and you tumble into the void. As you disappear from view, Lion lets out a chuckle. His master will be pleased.
