There's definitely and improvement between this and the old one, the facial anatomy is way better, the folds in the clothing are a nice touch and while the hands could be better, it's a big step up from the 3 fingered hand in the old drawing.

Speaking on the hands. Her ring finger seems to be smaller than every other finger on her hand, and the lines separating the fingers go way past the knuckles. I know this is a super generic response that everyone gives, but I recommend using your own hands as reference, it really does help a lot.

The "ew" censor also gives off the impression that you don't really like drawing hands (Which I totally get, I used to struggle with hands a lot, and still sometimes do). Don't be afraid to draw hands, you're only going to improve if you keep practicing.
