This was made when the first trailer for the live action Sonic movie came out, and when I saw their Robotnik looking like a Matrix villian I Had to draw him in the style of the adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog cartoon with Robotnik who was voiced by Long John baldry. This is what he might have looked like before he became the fat balding villian with the black eyes we all love.
