Basically the Wario to my current sona. They are very much based on Queen from Deltarune, with a hint of Team Rocket's Jessie and James. They're kinda just a cruel mean bitch, but they have their goofy little moments too. Gotta have a good balance.
Workin' on a good way to draw them consistently still, but yeah.
