this one is a bit difficult to really show off on the internet, but I still think it looks cool. I managed to borrow a good camera to really capture it's glory but I still think it's fun to poke at the ears in real life - because yeah, they're cut out!

created in late 2022. like I said, not really made for digital sharing, but I figured that I already posted it elsewhere so I'll put it here too. I do consider it finished rather than a doodle because, while a fun exercise first and foremost, I truly feel satisfied enough to show it off and that it should look like this as a finished state. I also think the the bleeding of the collage work on the spine of the book really ties the piece together in the photo :)
