police:Why do you need them?

It took me a while to do this,but i dont think it is a great drawing compared to the other art that other people do,but, i would be happy if you would comment on this so i could think of any improvements i might do.=)

my favorite things is the detail on the gun and the mask, the white outlines are a nice touch as well. its fine as is - obviously nothing spectacular but its intresting =p
