suddenly, a fanstand i've made? this is more of a remake of a 'stand' than anything, however. remember this guy?
yeah, that's the guy i based powerage off of.
powerage's ability is weaponized hysterical strength, essentianely. even a short burst from it would be as effective as coffee. a obvious drawback is that too much adrenaline and the person it's 'powering' will die instantly, however if it's giving out it's energy too much (to a few folks), it will 'pass out'.
