Mr Mezzani Returns

Share

Who is Mr Mezzani? He was my main OC back when I joined DeviantArt for the first time, over 10 years ago. Back then, he was known by stupid names like "Mr Weirdo" and "Mr Wezardo", whatever that means?

I've decided to rename him Mr Mezzani. If you don't know, Mezzani is a kind of short pasta. His brother, Mr Linguine, is named after a type of long pasta. You can probably see the Super Mario Bros. inspiration already, can't you?

Indeed, Mezzani acts like your typical cartoonish Italian American stereotype. If he had a voice, it would be something similar to Mario's in the old DiC cartoons from the '80s, or Vinesauce Vinny's impression of him. He loves pizza, and pretending to be some kind of detective.

In reality, Mr Mezzani is an extraterrestrial agent sent to Earth by the Intergalactic Council. He is not Italian at all; he is an alien! He comes from a rather unimaginative alien culture that greatly admires humanity, and the different states there spy upon different cultures to inspire their own. Mezzani comes from an alien colony that were most interested in Italy, hence the love for Italian cuisine!

Mr Mezzani and his brother are currently on a mission to apprehend the alien fugitive known as, "The Grin". No doubt he'll bump into Fnuzzlee and my other characters on his quest for justice...

Will they assist him or get in his way? Time will tell...
