In 2016, I made a list of the Top 30 Sexiest Pokémon, and turned it into an art project! Two years later, with a new generation having released since the last list, and with my opinions having changed drastically after actually doing said art, I set out to revamp the list and do it all again!

Pikachu Libré, a completely new member of the top list! I assume my fascination with her started when I changed my YouTube profile picture to a picture of her butt-- specifically this picture comparing Pikachu Libré to the Street Fighter character, Rainbow Mika!

I'm a fan, and I certainly have no qualms with her surging popularity, appearing as a separate character in Pokkén and making it as an alt in Smash Bros. (even though she's not even in the ACTUAL Pokémon games anymore... what a trip).

Her personality is definitely what carries her! They do a great job of emphasizing the fact that she really goes in on the whole wrestler angle. For this drawing, I couldn't think of a drawing I wanted to do, so I decided to again start with the name... for most of the ideas, I really had to connect the name to the idea and, like I said with Jirachi when I talked about the names, if the Pokémon had a signature move, I was going to prioritize that! Well, Pikachu Libre is all about the move "Flying Press", and...

...I still had trouble thinking of a picture, but I twisted the name until I got a concept I liked! I knew from the start that I wanted to do something with her butt...

As for the drawing, I had a unique setting set up from the start, but there was one thing in particular that showed up DURING the drawing that I realized would do something quite interesting... I decided that the setting for this drawing would be the wrestling ring that shows up in Pikachu Libre's Pokkén Burst Special!

With a unique background AND a very unique lighting setup, I was very lucky with this one!
