Looks like the personification of fear to me... the matter of nightmares manifesting. Reality contorting. Looks like she's sweating... corrosive psychosis. Like acid. Like a forceful abortion. Like war and slaughter. Like panic. Like an emotional mortar. Or the world as it turns, welling into the water... really gruesome how it all fades out and floats together here. How do you get that texture? Just how it all dries naturally? Play with colors and everything here... it's captivating, though not the most visually appealing thing to look at! :)
