I’ve had thalassophobia (fear of large bodies of water) for years now so recently I’ve tried visualizing something good sea related and looking at photos. it was really hard at first and I couldn’t think of how to describe the bottom but after time I went for thinking of shallow waters. I know I still have a lot ahead of me but I wanted to express how important and momentous this is to me. I hope this inspires others struggling with phobias like me.
