Elvira teaches Courage all about Halloween and it's traditions! Oh no, is that Freaky Fred swooning over Elvira's massive bee hive hairdo? Was fun doing this one! Especially turning Elvira into a Courage The Cowardly Dog character. I wanted her to look like the show's art style.
