The idea i had for this race was a magic focused people with amorphous bodies that can change shape at will. the holes in their bodies are from a relic that created their race. My entire idea is that once upon a time they where all reincarnations of the same person that was created and maintained by the relic, once they split there was only one relic so it stays with the latest incarnation until they day that it is strong enough to survive without it, design wise im sorta doing a combination of djinn and eldritch monsters. i don't know let me know what you guys think
