This piece depicts my nana in her chair.
She sadly passed away 2 years ago, I was recently in her house having some work done in her garden.
I sat for a long time looking at the chair she used to sit in.
I was alone in the house, so I drew her sitting in her chair - usual cup of tea in hand. Watching the TV.
It was comforting - even though she's gone, this made me feel like she was still with us.
Made with plain brown wrapping paper & a ball point pen.
