The Fengalise

Share

Key.

  1. Multiple pilei are found on the fruiting body of the fengalise, Typically they are found upon the head of an individual and upon the limbs. These pilei produce a large amount of spores on command of the individual and produce debilitating psychedelia affects if inhaled, the affects seem to be quit consistent among individuals of different sentient species with the notable exception of spindelas, (the spider people), who revert to base instinct similar to their smaller cousins in the stead of increased paranoia and visions of what many describe as "Death personified".
  2. The fruiting bodies of fengalise often grow around harder organic material such a bone and wood, this particular specimen is using a human cranium, pelvis, vertebrae(from varying species), and rib cage(A mix of ribs from multiple species). As pictured in 6. it is not uncommon for the use of animal parts.
  3. Fengalise organic material tends to be bulkier around solid material.
  4. In most individuals the limbs have no bones or support structure however larger forms will use them more commonly.
  5. Fengalise weaponry will often use bones as the main body and for the business end of the weapon, multiple bones are grafted together using a hodgepodge of organic material with the texture of mussel and hardness of oak. They fall under biocrafters with the pedal people.
  6. Pictured is a common way the pileus will grow around a cervidae skull.

TLDR: Sick as hell mushroom guys use bone weapons and can send you on a bad trip.
