Who the Hell is Bucky?

I was catching up on my marvel movis when I drew this, and I wanted to try out adding the thick outline, and just practice using color pencils. But as you can see I fricken suck at drawing stars XD. These two are my favorite characters of marvel with Loki being up there with them also.
