Commands the gateway refered to simply as "OZONE". His levelheadedness hides his quirky personality when faced with a serious matter. He is highly respected among the other galactic gatekeepers, and is known as a master strategist. When not busy, he prefers to roam the markets for wares and frequently visits popular spots in the gateway.
