A celebratory fan art I made over the week after the recent announcement of Budokai Tenkaichi 4! This series is very close to my heart and has been part of my childhood for over a decade. Having waited for 15-16 years for a new entry, I couldn't contain myself and went ahead to make a new artwork celebrating it's announcement :D
