I know it's mostly crap! 1st entry to newgrounds ever, but it's not like I'm really planning on entering anything else...

Did this with paint, had a little fun... and this evil guy is actually some sort of nameless villain from an obscure SNES game, with a little flare added. This is for that girlchan contest. Lolz if it wins.
