Gabriel Marigolds and the Pangaea Agency = Kobalt Steel

With Kitty Robinson fully redesigned, I decided to do the same with Gabriel Marigolds, as I felt he stood out from the other characters a bit. The problem was that the other four characters were designed after a theme and archetype, with Kent being a cowboy, Toci a pirate/swashbuckler, Chi a Samurai, and Kitty a space pilot... Gabriel didn't really have a theme, so I decided to give him one... I felt that, considering his personality, I would design him after a 50s house wife with a very heavy Barbie influence, as I like that aesthetic and felt it would look good on Gabriel... however, I felt the execution didn't come out well...

The idea was that Gabriel would wear all of the essentials of the 50s housewife, such as the flower in the hair, the house dress w/ belt, some jewelry, gloves, and maybe a scarf, but because he would be an active adventurer (being a full-time Pangaea Agent, after all), he would wear boots instead of high heels... that was the idea, but drawing it out here, I'm just not liking it... it just makes Gabriel look like he's wearing winter clothing, and I don't want that... but I'm not giving up on this yet, I will make this work!
