My entry for the Concept of Love 2021 Competition.

I had a little bit of time to work on something for this one right near the end. I've been super feeling like drawing bats lately, so I tried my hand at a little bat prince, courting the wizard (who loves him as a friend) while his guardian spirit protects him for a less romantic (or maybe it is ;) ), more dutiful kind of love because I wanted a cool ghost too. In retrospect, I think I should have planned it better and you can see which character I drew first and last, but I've had very limited time so I went with what I had. But I really like my little bat guy. I might use him in the future and I think this was a fun way to spend an afternoon and dust off my art cobwebs!!
