Rika was on a mission to figure out who had been expanding female trainers in the Pokemon Universe though after checking out two reports and heading for a third one, she was ambushed and caught off guard and hit with an Illegal Dynamax Ball that transformed her into what you see now. The only positive thing was that she did not get hit by the BF Raygun to change her mentality. But now she has another thing yet to fix.
