📰 Reporting a heatwave: oh, it's Lois Lane!

Today we travelled to Metropolis to get a glimpse of Lois Lane's intricate mind, and it was a blast! Upon arrival, we got hit by a heatwave, but it was no climate change: Lois was steaming hot for this photoshoot! And we're sure you'll be as well by the end of the issue. We could arrange some arguably risque setup, with our session taking place on the Daily Planet's terrace. Fortunately, we got all the permission we wanted for it, booked it on the best time of the day for good lighting, and everything turned out great!

This time around we could proudly (but still jokingly) say: "who's being photographed now?". And it took longer than we'd care to admit for that to happen! Lois was one of the first girls we contacted once we founded our company, but her busy life didn't allow things to run as smoothly as we expected. Nonetheless, she could finally be the one on the main spot now, and she was radiant about it! Usually we exchange messages with the models for clothings they might want us to buy for the photo session, but Lois was confident she had just the perfect outfit for the occasion. Well, we're more than glad to tell you that letting her take the lead on that was our best decision for this issue: she looks stunning!

Talking about looks, we could address some topics related to beauty amidst the interview. One of the things we were worried about when we were coming up with the text for the cover was the use of the word "tomboy", as it could sound somewhat rude to her. She said she doesn't really mind the use of this word, although it's always quite difficult when people say she looks like a boy. We can only imagine how comments like this made her feel. Luckily, though, more often than not, people think her pixie haircut is sexy and doesn't make her less of a woman for that. So, rest assured, Lois, your fanbase will agree on that: pixie haircuts and tomboys are otherwordly sexy!

Her relation with Clark, or as she like to call him, Smallville, is very affectionate and, we dare to reveal: spicier than it might seem at first. It seems like the harsher the moments they share, the stronger and deeper (puns intended this time) they bond. And they had their share of difficult moments for sure! Jumping off a cliff to get to the truth was undoubtedly a supergirl moment, something that most people would never think of doing. That just shows how her strong spirit acts in face of challenge.

After an afternoon with her, we were kind of melancholic to wrap it up and send it to the editors. Yes, we were glad it turned out to be such a nice meeting, but also sad that time flew by. Although we don't intend on repeating models for our magazine, I don't think we'll ever not want to photograph her again. Lois, you're great and we can only expect great things from you and your future!
