a living boogeyman amongst different sonic games imported as if he was a joking virus amongst edgy online teens and adults writing down hes like a secret lil boss hoax found or some shit, before regretting them sending it to anyone when people and kids go missing.
he has the personality of a unhinged joker, always constantly wanting to smile not in aa evil way but mentally derranged who no matter if its teens or even adults, he’ll make them enjoy his torturous fun, if they put the effort into finding him bc he wont bother a player who plays the game not looking or searching for him but only those who really wanna
I can imagine him as an actual "theatre puppetmaster"..
Just think: he not only kills his victims and rummages through their intestines for food and entertainment - THIS can be done using the victim's blood vessels as threads. And, well.. play with them..!

I don't know, I just thought about this quirky concept..
Overall, I obviously adore the artwork, especially this precious bow on both their and Miles' chests.
