I haven't posted to this site in ages but I wanna change that today. Just wanted to make a quick piece for my oc Phantom. Nothin too big, I just like my own creation

Take a grunt, upgrade em like a pc (quite possibly literally) with any tech for any situation, and boom, you have a Ruiner, which were popular to manufacture during the 70s tech boom era of Nevada. Phantom was one of the last of the 3rd gen Ruiners before they ceased and started to clone normal grunts.
I plan on posting a more thorough explanation in the future (once I set down some ground rules haha..)
