"Never underestimate the power of a healer."/"Ooh, I'm getting excited..."

Gender: Female

Age: 21

Alignment: Neutral Good.

Appearance: Amber is tall for a human woman at 6ft, with dark brown skin, short light brown hair and thin eyes that tell you where her name comes from. She is quite plump too, and looks similar to Asmanan women because of it. Her choice of clothing is a set of custom-tailored leather armour that fits her form well but still hangs loose enough for mobility. She also wears leather shoes with white woolen socks.

Personality: Amber is deeply attached to Leon, and is fiercely protective of him; the best way to tick her off is to be a woman and talk to him. She hates killing, however: she became a healer to save lives. While Leon's duty is to punish the guilty, Amber's is to protect the innocent. This can cause debates between the two occasionally. She also has a slight sadistic streak-a small part of her enjoys seeing other people in pain, especially if they're wrongdoers. Not Leon though; she despises seeing him in pain.

Backstory: Amber grew up the daughter of an alchemist and a barmaid. As a child, she was inspired by her father: how he'd heal people's wounds using potions. She also looked up to her mother's way of lifting the burdens off the shoulders of other people. She wanted to become a healer and help people from an early age, and the town's priest was more than happy to assist her. She trained rigorously in healing magic, but also learned a few offense spells in case she needed them. The realms are a dangerous place, after all. Shortly after she turned 18, Amber was kidnapped by an orc clan who wished to sacrifice her as part of a deal with demons. But a demon hunter called Leon Wingrun saved her, and she asked to join him on his quest. After all, killing demons meant protecting innocents; her father had always told adventurers "Prevention is the best healing.". 3 years on, she and Leon have become very close lovers, with her becoming nearly obsessed with making sure she never leaves his life, or that he leaves hers.

Lives: Mobile, Asmana.

Talent: A skilled healer, Amber can channel and cast healing magic in a variety of ways. Sending forth a wave of healing energy, granting a shield or increasing damage temporarily. Amber can also channel healing magic in hurtful ways: using an overcharged healing spell on an enemy can do anything from cause a huge lump to stopping their heartbeat. Amber's healing magic has become so tuned to Leon that casting a harmful spell on him has no effect.

Ambition: To protect her lover, Leon. To protect innocents too, but Leon is her main charge.

Likes: Leon, seeing Leon with cute guys, successfully saving innocents.

Dislikes: Other women who talk to Leon, killing.

(Amber's main healing spell is Flourish, which heals over time.

She can also cast Prosper on somebody who has Flourish cast on them, instantly granting a large amount of healing if merely sustaining them isn't enough.

She can also regenerate an ally's energy or magical power with Rejuvenation.

Her most powerful healing spell is Oasis, which creates a small ring around her. Any allies inside the ring are healed and shielded from attacks.

Amber's most powerful offense spell is Perversion of Senses-a spell that blasts a single enemy with overcharged healing magic, overloading their senses and making them unable to see, smell, hear or taste for a few seconds. It only works on living enemies though.

She also knows Festering Wounds, a spell unique to healers that blocks the victim from being healed.

She knows Purge as well, which increases the damage a single enemy takes for a short time.
