Ohhh so you were the one who made it huh. Well this is the best Todd design in my eyes to the point it feels official, it matches the design philosophy of a neighbore and parallels Tord perfectly well while still being his own thing.
Personally I imagine him having a Southern Texan accent but Irish also makes sense.
And no Todd doesn't have an official design, the only thing there is to know about him is that he does exist.

Decided to try out with designing my own interpretation of Todd, the neighbor equivalent of Tord, because as far as I could find, he doesn't have an actual design.

Todd seems like a cool dude, wonder if he would have a unique accent too?
