In the streets, one might find this goblin in the middle of a performance. Born with special time altering magic, Ticc is a goblin unlike many of his kind. Yet rather than use his magic to save or conquer the world, he would rather use it to wow the crowd, despite the dismay of those who tried to give everything to recruit him over to their side.
