This kind of remind me of the OG ghost in the shell film backgrounds, it looks really great.

Tried to copy the layout of some of the 1995 ghost in the shell scenes. Working on some short GITS project. This has a fore, mid and background.
Beautiful
Definitely got the right urban density and look down pat. Nice effects with the rain as well.
