Nah, post your works how you feel like. That's why there are options.
I like to use lists (or series) to connect many posts together. Like this:

Maybe? I know you can upload multiple images at once here, but I felt like spreading it out just to pad out my portfolio on here. Would it be dishonest to post the same pages again but all in one or two posts?

To tell the truth, I've had all these pages done in advance and have just been drip-feeding them on here. You can read the whole thing early on my Twitter (@keednein). Each page takes me a while to do, so I eventually decided I wanted them all done before I posted elsewhere.
But to answer your original question, yes. I've had the whole story plotted out down to page composition since like 2021.
