Decided to start a series of related pictures detailing horrible, no-good ne'er-do-wells who are wanted for whatever reason.

Up first is DeathCluck. He is an evil cyborg chicken. His origins are unknown, but he is apparently male. His crimes include killing multiple people, including those within rural areas particularly known for mistreatment of chickens. Suffice it to say that he is no fan of cockfighting.

Note: The name "DeathCluck" is not a name he, himself, has given or confirmed. It is a name instated by the Institution of Bounty Control (IBC). If the name sounds at all stupid, it is likely because whomever named him held a grudge.
