I always try to outdo myself, which was not necessary for this project since it was just a cool down piece after a huge commission.
I gave myself perhaps an hour max to paint it on Ibis.
It turned out to be amazing practice with rendering and moving my pace a little. Along with realism. I like doing activities like this because I'm actually completely self-taught and everything I learn, I'm teaching others too.
I did reference this image for most of it, since I wanted to do what I saw, not what I think I saw. And with hues and just flat out smacking down colors, this honestly didn't crash and burn like I expected!
