Reminds me of Oddworld, or Kenshi. Can't help but wonder what the story with the collapsed one off to the right is, especially since it's so close to another. Maybe there was a structural collapse and now the survivor's live in the left one as an under-class.

Thanks a lot ! Yea Kenshi definetly is a very inspiring game when it comes to visual style in wideness/scale. I'm glad you noticed. I felt like it needd to be communicated that its not the safest environment, yet theres a reason to build on the upper side.

I love the depth in this one. Want to explore it.

This piece makes me think of the backgrounds in the old Oddworld games. Well, I guess the new ones too. It seemed like they just went on forever.
