Some previous work I forgot to post here earlier.
An officer of the Standard Pharmaceutics, equipped with a pistol, sword, map bag, radio device, as well as other accessories, with his eyes replaced with optics reminiscent of Raminta's, who is the leader of the faction.
The optics allow for a few useful functions when it comes to combat, but require a little maintenance to keep in good condition.
